I was waiting to compile all the current information on this before sharing. The individual (Jacob) reached out to the polymer80 Reddit sub and as most of you may know I am a mod there . He wanted to know if the gun store had the right to confiscate his firearm to which we all gave him a resounding no. Then the review bombing started anywhere the "Shooters Den" had places to leave one. This was a collective call to arms if you will and I couldn't be prouder of the building/2A community for their dedication. This info allowed this victim of tyranny and fuddery to get the ball rolling. 99% of all of the negative google and yelp reviews in regards to this situation have been removed including mine. Here I will provide the info that I have currently via screenshots and links and will answer any questions people might have. @Monty Reviews was in direct contact with this individual and will be able to answer probably more questions than I can honestly. Soo here it is.

I’ll be at Church this morning and then I’m going to a local Fair this afternoon, but will check in on this post from time to time throughout the day to answer questions and such.
There are tons of people offering to send (Jacob) new frames, slides and parts to build a new firearm. Since it is now in the possession of local PD due to "Shooters Dens" fuckery. This warms my heart sooo much to hear that people are willing to do this for him!!! We are much stronger together
Here are some links for those interested in the situation and wanting to know more.

And here’s a link to the interview that Legally Armed America did with (Jacob) the owner of illegally confiscated firearm. https://youtu.be/A78C5izUJaw?si=PoU6ycNADy9ve6xD
While definitely FUBAR, and maybe I missed something, do we know why his PMF was taken to a gun shop in the first place? In the current climate, the ATF has the FFL holders running scared, as one infraction could mean their livelihood. Even if they did nothing wrong, for FFL's these days, the process is the punishment.
Myself or @Monty Reviews will post links in the comments to the Reddit posts and videos shortly from both John Krump and “Legally Armed America” who interviewed the gun owner (Jacob)
