TOOLS:
Dagger Sw5 slide w/Zaffiri Precision Stainless Steel fluted barrel
Dagger Compact (G19) frame
Dagger Full Size - S (G19x)
Accessories:
Swampfox Kraken
Olight Valkyrie PL Mini 2
The stock PSA trigger, while very spongy in dry fire on both frames, actually felt pretty good in live fire. Disclaimer: I ran all right out the box with no upgrades or lube to see if they would run.
The Dagger Sw5 slide w/ZP SS flured barrel was used on both frames (total 116 rounds total). First up was the Compact frame. I started with 3 to 4 failures to feed initially but good to go after that. I suspect the feed ramp may have been a little sticky for some reason.
The Dagger Compact (G19) frame ran flawlessly after that initial 3 to 4 rounds that had the FTF. The first round loaded fine so go figure. I used the RWB 15rd G19 aftermarket mag just to see if it would run. 56 rounds later i was very satisfied with the results. I wasn't shooting for MOA but even with a Kraken that hadnt been zeroed, i still was able to put together a fist size group under fairly quick fire.
The Dagger Full Size - S (G19x) frame had the same results as above minus the FTF's. I used the Strike Industries 17rd G17 aftermarket, again to see how it would run. 60 rounds later i stepped back ver satisfied with my purchases.
Next step, customizing (accessorizing, stipple, custom paint and polishing). The next time you see these they wount be recognizable. Stay lunes.
Dimensionally, those look exactly the same size except for the grip length on the FS frame.
I'm sure those cutouts at the bottom of the magwell are very efficient, but DAMN it ruins the whole look! Can't wait to see how you solve that "problem"!
