Ebay sucks!!!

I found out, in the wee hours of the morning, on March 1 that my ebay account was hacked. Someone had purchased about 5 or 6 gaming laptops with my cc. The transaction mas made only a few hours prior so I tried to cancel. Unfortunately the seller told me that once the transaction was made they could not cancel it. I contacted my cc company and explained the situation so they canceled the card and turned it over to fraud. I followed ebay suggestions concerning this and thought it was done. This morning I get an email saying my account was suspended, with no reason other than policy violations. It probably is the best thing but couldn't ebay be a little more informative? Tried contacting but got usual run around. Will try again to talk with a human. I have been with ebay since 2000 and not one negative feedback.
