Home on the range

I finished up my back yard shooting range today. It has been a while but its back after being blowen across the road by windstorms twice. I save as much of the wood as I can every time and try to put things back together. Its looking rougher and rougher each time. 🤔

As you walk in you have a bench rest on the right and stand-up shooting on the left.

This time I used shade tarp in stead of putting tin or fiberglass roofing. I think that is the reason wind keeps blowing it away.

Green house, garden shed on one side while the garden is on the other side.

I all so made it so I have a visor that I can adjust for the sun, keeping it out my eyes in the afternoon.

She doesn't look like much, but it works fine for my back yard.

It is a 30 foot or so range, into a pill of wood and open field with woods in the far distance.

I have several targets, steel plates, portable targets I can move closer.

The only think I have to watch far if cows, but they don't stay in this field much, just early morning and late afternoon going from one field to the next.

I had a good day shooting some 22s I build today. I plan on shooting more this year as long as the wind doesn't blow it away again.
