So I'm working on bridge frame and went to grab jig out of pf940v2 box I have and when I put in my bridge frame, it's very out of spec! The first pics are of it on its own just closed then I show front end with back clamped shut then show back with front clamped shut..... thinking it may just put the angle of holes out of whack?

I've had one that bad. I used drywall screws through the corner lugs. Worked fine.
Thanx everyone for the tips, I went with a couple deep reach C-Clamps on each corner of top since base was in vise…… essentially like the screws in the picture shown. At first I wasn’t sure the holes would line up since it was so out of shape but after clamping it down without the frame in it, I put the drillbit through and it went through side to side, and I wound up with perfect holes! I love how clean the Brad point bits make the holes! 7/64” for 3mm holes & 5/32” for 4mm hole.
This is how I secured my jigs. You might want to give it a try. Worked for me.
All my p80 jigs have been warped but not as bad as that.
Like Ram said, tape it or use nuts and bolts. As long as the frame sets snug in the jig you should be fine.
Every jig I've gotten from P80 has been somewhat out of spec. I always use electrical tape to seal it shut but I've heard some people have put small nuts and bolts through the screw holes in the corners.
