So I'm working on bridge frame and went to grab jig out of pf940v2 box I have and when I put in my bridge frame, it's very out of spec! The first pics are of it on its own just closed then I show front end with back clamped shut then show back with front clamped shut..... thinking it may just put the angle of holes out of whack?

Thanx everyone for the tips, I went with a couple deep reach C-Clamps on each corner of top since base was in vise…… essentially like the screws in the picture shown. At first I wasn’t sure the holes would line up since it was so out of shape but after clamping it down without the frame in it, I put the drillbit through and it went through side to side, and I wound up with perfect holes! I love how clean the Brad point bits make the holes! 7/64” for 3mm holes & 5/32” for 4mm hole.
