It is with a heavy heart that I bring very sad news. Our brother Tom Petrick has lost his physical battle here on earth. I found out less than an hour ago on FB that he passed away from health complications. I last heard from him on Feb 21st when he let me know he was in ICU. Here is a message from his mom.
"Dear Friends of Tom. This is Tom's mother, Ellen. I'm hoping to reach Tom's friends with this post on his Facebook page. Our family wishes to extend an invitation to you for a memorial luncheon in honor of Tom who passed away on March 5. Our family will gather together on April 29, 2023 from 12 noon until 3:00 pm at the Community Center in my condo development known as Greenhaven. The address is 1301 Scottsdale Drive, Bel Air, Md 21015. In order to have an accurate head count, please message me through Facebook messenger (Ellen Brinkman Petrick) or email me at ellenpetrick@yahoo.com if you wish to attend. Thank you for all the prayers and kind words we have received from all of Tom's friends. You are all very special to our family and will always be in my heart."
I will do my best to attend the memorial luncheon if she feels it's appropriate. If you're a praying person, please say a prayer for the entire family.
Damn. Just saw this. Didn't know him except from the forum, but always appreciated his input and will be missing his presence. RIP Tom.
