I wondered why the PSA Dagger was assembled with one of the FLB pins and the rear rail/trigger housing pin with roll pins.
Well I swapped them for a set of NDZ stainless steel pins and fond out why they used roll pins.

Yes that's a Ranger Proof shoe and Kagwerks slide catch/release installed, more on that in Part 2.
So, the pin holes are slightly bigger than 3mm and the NDZ pins can damn near fall out on their own without the benefit of having to push them out. I'm sure they would fall out under recoil (the trigger pin is a little larger also but the trigger and slide catch/release keeps it in place).
I'm thinking that I might see if blue locktite will hold them in after I finish customizing.
Stay tuned for part 2. I'm pretty sure I found out why trigger shoes that shorten the take up may not work with the Dagger.
I thought I would get a dagger down the road but now that i a learning some hand on info from Ram I don't think I will. The LWs I built was not friendly to aftermarket parts too. I think I;m going to stick with P80s. My LW's don't like differant trigger ether.
How do you like that Kagwerks release? Have been curious to try in a build but given the cost its scared me away
That's weird as hell. Roll pins belong on AR's, not handguns.
Why the hell would they do that? Make something non-standard so you can't use aftermarket parts?
Maybe you can shrink the holes or find some oversized pins?
