call it a goal... appendix carry right? So Ive been carrying my PF9SS lately. OEM lower build with a stock G43 upper, she runs good. But Eff... the grip is a cheese grater on my love handles. I carry 3-4-6 position depending on clothing. For a thick boi, I have noassatol disease so keeping the pants up can be a struggle. Thoughts on Goon tape? their website G00N is shit, so looking tt find an suitable supplement. OR the B is going to meet the dremel for some comfort mods. thoughts? just a friendly convo... yeahyeah Im on a diet

It's always been the most comfortable, especially with a Crossbreed Supertuck, but I've found some polymer holsters the last couple of years that has worked just as well. I've always wanted to appendix carry, but every time I tried, it was super uncomfortable. I'm 6'2" and around 275ish with a bit of a gut. While searching Google one day to see if I could find a holster, I came across a video from Black Diamond Guns and Gear on YouTube. This video talked about the JX Tactical Fat Guy holster. I liked what I saw and decided to give it a go. I bought the holster for a Gen3 G26 with a Streamlight TLR-6 attached. It definitely took some getting used to, but I was eventually able to wear it for an entire day that included lots of driving and sitting in a movie theater. And if you follow the advice of wearing an adjustable belt, like Nexbelt or KORE Essentials, it makes wearing the holster a lot easier. https://youtu.be/tgFs7JVhRAg https://jxtactical.com/fat-guy-holster/ I've worn Kore Essential belts since Nov 2020 (it's time to do a review video) and I love them. I'm a fan of Black Diamond Guns and Gear (I am their 1000th sub and proud of it) and I've seen that holster video. Still not sure but I see JX offers one for my G2c. Maybe I'll try it one day. Thx for the link.

I don't carry any of my 9mm just because I suffer from the same thing. The weight pulls my paints down, so I carry a 911 380 just over my back pocket.

Appendix carry is surely not for me. As for comfort, I always wear a "sweat catcher" (habit from childhood) so I have never had the cheese grater effect. But even when I get my stomach down I doubt I'd Appendix carry.
