This is going to be the biggest challenge in building these 76% blanks.
The trigger housing area has to be right on spot. Too loose and the housing is not safe, to tight and the trigger housing will not fit. The trigger housing placement has to be just right for the pistol to pass all safety checks.
I have not built one as I have a stockpile of 80s. MGB did a nice overview. Thinking an x-acto chisel and a steady hand would be the tool of choice based on the photos/videos I have seen.

I just sliced up a spare piece of polymer with this turned up to high...
...and while I wouldn't say it cut like butter, it should get the job done.
