Ok, need to complain a little bit. I'm acquiring parts for my second build. It will be very, very similar to my first build but just want to change a few things up. One of the things i wanted to change up was to a very similar slide but this time with a window, just on top. I narrowed it down to the Rockey Brass G17 slide with RMR cut and window. Have been patiently waiting for it to come back in stock. so monday i notice it says there is ONE instock and im like well hell its my lucky day. Ordered it. Wednesday, I havent heard anything but order confirmation email. i called them. "Oh, you were supposed to get an email about that, we dont have any. We arent sure how it let you order one." Well, i didnt get any email. "Well we can substitute another slide." that's not what i bought, how long til they come back in stock? "Well we arent expecting them to." Ever? "Ever." Refund please. how long is this gonna take? "Oh five days or so." So you sold me a slide you dont have, you cant explain how, you are keep advertising a slide you never intend to carry again, and you didnt bother to inform me, and you cant get my money back any faster than five days? What kind of shit tastic customer service is this? I wont ever consider ordering from this business again. Brownell's on the other hand, had a really nice G17 slide with RMR cut and window on top of the slide for the same price on sale. And i've never had a problem with brownells quality or shipping me my order. Lesson learned.

I use to go goo-goo over slides with all kinds of windows but the more I build, I am liking the looks of just a window on top. This leaves room for stencils and etching stuff. I think that is why I like the Dagger slides.
