I'm officially lazy. Only waiting on some PF45 Rook rails to start this build. I've got everything else, well, except sights. Haven't decided on those yet. After hand fitting MANY stock P80 rails, I no longer have the patience. So she sits. Waiting. BTW - ended up going with the Marksman slide.

difference in 940 vs pf45 is 940 is for compact an sub compact pf is large frame.

When I built my PF-45, I used Lone Wolf UPK kit and LPK kit. I did a super polish on all parts especially the stamped parts. The only problem I ran into was the safety plunger. It was so far out of specs I couldn't hand work it, so I got one from ROOK. I used Rook rails and pin. I use a lot of Rook parts when I can, they just work without hand fitting.

It took me about a year to get all my parts. Lone Wolf lpk and I think upk, but the firing pin safety plunger was so far out of specs I replaced it with a Rook smooth operator. All works fine but I hate that 6lbs trigger pull. One day I may ether hand work it or replace it. RAMjetta did you ever get a magwell for you PF45?
