I've got 2 full sized frame kits and both of the jigs are warped. More than "usual". Electrical tape just stretches so there's still a gap. I've thought of using screws through the posts. Or calling P80 for a new jig. What do you think?

I'm sure most of y'all already got this figgered out, but here's a few pics anyway. All of the large frame jigs I've gotten lately are super warped. No problem with the C's and SC's. I found that a 1-1/4 or 1-1/2 drywall screw works perfect. It only needed 2 screws to close it completely, but I used 4 so that I could have a perfectly level jig for drilling the holes. I just used a 10" x 12" piece of board on top of the dremel workstation base when drilling. Make sure to clamp the jig closed before putting in the screw.

My last two builds (pf45 and pf940) both looked like that. It's caused from parts sticking in the mold when the injector pins are pushing them out, so they warp. No big deal, I just use some plastic screws with bolts to hold them in place. Some of the other jigs have some warping too. I just use nuts and bolt on every jig now.

I'd use screws and if that doesn't work them I'd call.
