I bought these years ago and again last year, so I knew what I was getting into.
these work fine with an aftermarket magazine but not a Glock magazine.

The problem is Glock's butt plat on the magazine is thicker then aftermarket stuff, which keeps them from going up far enough to catch. To solve this problem, you have to change the angle to allow for the magazine to go up far enough to catch.
Here is what I did.
first, I used a carbide burr to ruff out stock.

then diamond burr

finish shaping with 600 grit sandpaper drum 1/4 inch

Now it is time for the polishing part of the fix.
I like to use there 3m buffer wheels

I like those rubber wheels too. they will give you a higher polish (shinny look) but if you plan on sandblasting them it is a wasted step. I plan on blasting them so there ready of blasting and paint.

You can see the difference

AFTER:

I like to take a hand full of Glock magazines and test as I go to make sure I can keep a tight fit without any wobble.
When I can run five mags in and out that fit tight It's right on. Aftermarket magazine may be loosie goosey But hey!! you should be using Glock mags, they just work all the time.
If anyone has any questions on mod stuff just ask, I've been doing this stuff far a long time.

Nice work, when it comes to doing mods on frames, I can make just about anything work or at least give it a try.
