So I'm on my second AR build and the trigger is not always resetting on tests. If I push the safety selector halfway between fire and safe, then It resets. I thought It was a faulty part in the fire control group so I replaced the whole thing, but the issue is still happening. Is it the safety selector? Anyone ever have this issue? thanks

I took a carbide burr and just took a little bit out and it's working perfectly now. Well damn. Ok. Glad you got it figured it out. I'll file this one away in the memory banks. Thx for the follow up .

Maybe disconnector spring should be reseated? It looks kind of like the end near where the selector switch would be. Could be rubbing things the wrong way...

current spring placement, working on converting a video of what it's doing.

Never even heard of this problem but I guess trying the fcg from the new Build in the first build to rule that out as the problem might be the next step. If that's fine then swap the safety selectors and see what happens. Before that though make sure all your springs are seated properly. JettaMan OUT!
