I have recently purchased a PF940C frame and a Patmos Glock 23 slide. I had an issue where the slide fit really tight on the front rails and was failing to feed. Sent the slide back and just received a new one. It’s still failing to feed. The round stops nose up in the chamber and stuck to the breach face just below the striker. I’ve changed the striker, extractor plunger, extractor, recoils spring and rails. I’ve also tried a combination of all the above parts and the parts that came with the slide. It still fails to feed until the magazine gets down to 3-4 rounds left (I’ve tried different mags , Glock and magpul w/Glock followers) if I hit the bottom of the mag it will finally chamber but if I try to eject it feels like the round is stuck. Any help is appreciated and I can take pics among request. Thanks

Magazine or feed ramp on the barrel. This is assuming the ammo is good stuff. I had a build a couple of years back that acted like this (not feeding) even Glock magazine was supper loose. When I put a cheap aluminum magwell on it that had to be hand fitted for Glock mags (Glock mag would not seat) so after hand fitting for Glock mag it had a tight seat that locked in tight, I didn't have a feed problem anymore. It could be the rough injector not letting the case to move up. Are there any marks on the primer end of the cases? you may need to dull some of the sharp edges on the injector. OH, how much paint is on the firing pin end of the slide where the case sits? I have had paint build up keeping the case from seating. That can cause the same problem. This sounds like one of those things that can be several things all together that cause it. You fix one thing, feeding gets better but not 100% then fix another and another then it starts to ware in. One thing is your close to a 100% just keep trouble shooting after all it does shoot, it can't be a major problem No paint on the breach face. I’m probably gonna order a mag well soon. I’ve shot hornadys and Blazer through it. May pick up so federal and Winchester this weekend and try again. The ejector is the wrong one but I have the correct one on the way. We will keep replacing things till it’s right.
