For some reason after racking the slide i have to press down on top of the barrel hood for it to click into the slide stop lever, If i rack the slide and hold onto it letting it close slowly it usually catches. I have no idea what is wrong . It has passed drop testing and has 95 percent coverage on the trigger bar. Any ideas ?
P.S. This SC was my first build ! and NO it does not look like that cross armory boomerang XD

Probably because I don't currently have any troubleshooting of my own Check the locking block cross bar and the barrel locking lugs for any signs of unusual wear. Or, any spots that show wear. You might have to do some polishing there. I vaguely recall MGB talking about working the locking block. Thats what I came up with as well ! It was twisted just a lil bit wich i fixed in a bench vise like it was 1 mm off wich was raising 1 side or the rail . I also ran the bit thru the holes again by hand just to make sure ! Fixed

I had this happen to one of my builds in the past. RSA was the problem. I changed to a stainless RSA from an OME. The problem is the OD of the aftermarket RSA is bigger so you have to clear more material out so the stainless RSA will not hang up.

Another thought... Check the channel for any signs of binding on the RSA. The bottom of the channel on the SC is flush with the frame, unlike other models that have a lip, which is where there is sometimes interference. If there's a problem there, you should see it fairly easily with scratches, dings, etc.

I also thought about cheating and dremeling out the slots so the spring can push it higher but i will wait til the time about to throw the frame out the window.

I had a similar problem with an out of spec aftermarket RSA. Try a different barrel. Is the slide completely free? Take out the barrel, firing pin, extractor, plunger, and make sure it slides completely free with no hitches. The first thing I thought about was rail height. But since you have full coverage on the seer that's probably ok. If you have another build you can swap parts with that would be ideal. Rack, rack, rack, and then rack some more. I just tried it on my sc frame and it works perfectly so I am going to hafto figure out what is going on. The rails look to be even with the polymer stands but I will hafto try some things out. As for the trigger bar I had to buy an oem bar to get drop safe.

I agree with Ram as it sounds like an out of spec trigger bar issue. I had the same issue in my most recent build and after getting a replacement trigger bar from the company I purchased the trigger from it runs flawlessly. Have you tried adjusting the connector bend yet?
