I was shopping for some OEM trigger bars on Midway and don't know why I never noticed this before, and it has me wondering...
They have two different trigger bars listed as compatible with G17, G19, etc.
However, when I look at the Glock parts list, these two triggers are listed separately:
357 - compatible with G17 (marked with one dot)
2303 - compatible with G19
Glock doesn't say if they're interchangeable.
On Midway, the 357 has a smooth trigger shoe and the 2303 has a grooved shoe.
I've used both of them in my builds, but don't know which is which because I usually remove the shoe and replace it.
However, some of these trigger bars have given me fits trying to get them to work in my different builds.
In doing some research, I read somewhere that there might be slight geometric differences between these two trigger bars. Now I'm wondering if this might be the cause of some of the issues I've come across.
Does anybody (like a certified Glock armorer) have any insight into the differences or compatibilities of these trigger bars?
I think MGB had a video on YouTube about OEM vs A/M trigger bars and minute differences.
